Rest, revitalise & restore as the seasons begin to transition with a soothing long weekend in idyllic beautiful Italy.
Think yoga with a view, delicious healthy organic food and doing as much or as little as you like: a total escape from the pace of your everyday entourage.
We’ll spend the long weekend in a group of beautiful, ancient stone buildings surrounded by breathtakingly absorbing Italian countryside.
If you want some time to switch off, relax and develop your yoga practice under the watchful eye of our highly trained and experienced teachers this is the weekend for you!

What to expect on this breathtaking weekend!
For lunch and dinner water is included, any other kind of drink is not included*** However you can avail of these at a small cost in the restaurant.
After working up an appetite on your mat each morning we’ll feast on a breakfast. Think seasonal fruit, oats and cereals, delicious local Italian breads, yoghurts, eggs from local hens !!!
Lunch will be buffet style with all colours of organic love! Each evening expect a mouth-watering home cooked healthy dinner . Our experienced chef will use organic produce collected the same morning from the on site vegetable garden, orchard & meadows for each of our meals.
All meals will be vegetarian.
Wine is not included in the retreat price but our hosts will be able to provide you with their own local organic wine bottles on request.
Vinyasa, Yin & Meditation
We’ll practice yoga early morning and evening.
Starting your day with an energising but mindful vinyasa flow with Stefania/Jane. You’ll set yourself up for the day ahead by moving in time with your breath, and strengthening and stretching all your major muscle groups. There will be ample opportunity for personal attention, to ask questions and to deepen your practice by learning how to adapt the postures to best suit the needs of your own body.
Each evening Lisa will wind us down with a calming and grounding practice drawing on yin and restorative styles of yoga, rounded off with a guided relaxation.
You’ll float out of our evening sessions feeling relaxed, renewed and restored. In addition, we will also practice some simple meditation and breathing techniques that are perfect for keeping the relaxed vibe going even after you get back home to real life.

- Yoga and swimming gears, good walking shoes and light clothes.
- September is generally warm, but we recommend a sweater and a rain jacket for the evening.
No refunds on this retreat. Please make sure you have travel insurance that will cover both the cost of this trip and your travel arrangements if you cannot make it. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness (including COVID or COVID isolation requirements), or personal emergencies. We also cannot issue partial refunds if you decide to arrive late or leave early. Your travel insurance should also cover medical expenses in the event that you have an accident during your trip.
Absolutely, lots of guests on each of our retreats arrive independently. There is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere with communal activities available, plus ample opportunity for you to take some quiet time for yourself too. We can pair you up with another lovely solo traveller if you wish!

We will eat our meals together and people often group together to go on extra trips, take a walk or just have a chat. But everyone is also positively encouraged to take time to themselves to read, take a stroll through the stunning scenery, sit by the pool , go on a solo adventure or just nap in their room.
