Welcome to our studio in Dublin, offering specialized fitness programs for individuals aged 65 and above. Our Chair Yoga and Reformer Pilates classes are designed to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being, catering to those with limited mobility or recovering from injury. Join us to experience safe, effective workouts that boost confidence and improve daily life.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is an uplifting, modified form of traditional yoga suitable for people with limited mobility, lack of flexibility, a problem with joints or recovering from injury or illness.

Lisa’s classes are a mix of strength & stretch using various props to stimulate and challenge muscle function, mobility, flexibility and coordination. Most of the class is practiced while seated, with some balancing work aided with the chair! so you don’t have to ever be on the floor. Classes are open to both men and women and our ages range from 65 years old and up!

It is a great fun community class which we look forward to teaching weekly!

Reformer Pilates

This 4-week course with Lisa is designed to increase mobility and strength in older participants. The course will focus on enhancing core strength, improving mobility in joints and increasing overall body strength.

The benefits of this course to participants will include:

  • Reduced risk of falls and injuries
  • Improved overall health and well-being

Through proper guidance and use of Reformer Pilates machines, participants will be able to feel more confident and mobile in their daily routines.
